    Titus completed the electrical construction of one of DC’s newest public library. Titus accomplished the installation of new incoming electrical power distribution, day-light harvesting lighting system, fire alarm system installation, and HVAC equipment electrical connections.   

  • NW Communication Upgrade

    Titus completed design and building of new uninterruptable power services to include installation of new 1000amp building electrical power, 150kVA parallel N+1 UPS system, installation of battery monitoring, and installation of custom exterior rated CRAC units rate at a total 90 tons.

  • SEH High Voltage Maintenance

    Titus field technicians are responsible for the maintenance and corrective action of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital’s 13kV electrical system to including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.

  • Washington National Stadium

    Titus and Truland Systems formed a joint venture, Titus provided over 50 of its own electricians to perform work on the incoming electrical duct-bank, scoreboard lighting, and installation of the fire alarm conduit system of the National Baseball Stadium

  • Cohen Building Server Rm Build

    Titus completed minor office renovation and building of new IT server room to include, new electrical power for UPS, interior lighting, equipment racks, and installation of 45 tons standalone CRAC unit.

  • Parking Garage Lighting

    Completed installation of lighting to include controls, pole fixtures, and exit signs for (2) 5-level parking garages.

  • GSAL Cooling

    Titus received a delivery order to furnish and install redundant cooling capability for new UPS equipment room, with the use of (2) Bard Units.

  • NAS Jacksonville UPS Design/Build

    Titus completed the design/build requirement at NAS Jacksonville that included the installation of parallel redundant 300kVA UPS capability along with emergency room ventilation.

  • NSA San Diego Battery Replacement

    NAS San Diego was 1 of 23 US Navy installations, where Titus was awarded the task to replace and properly dispose of UPS VRLA batteries.
